"Our cooking class was one of the top highlights of our trip. We learned that all that absolutely delicious food we’d been eating in Italy was actually do-able by us, all the way from making fabulous Tuscan pate to the finale, tiramisu! It was also lovely to visit the authentic Italian estate where the class was held, and to meet our Italian cooking instructor and learn about her life. Just thinking about that day and that food makes us want to go back!" - Barbara Beatty, 2010

"We enjoyed the cooking lunch at the farmhouse, the family was very nice. We were able to participate in cooking and learned a lot about Italian cooking. The best part was that the host family sat down and ate lunch with us. We had a marvelous conversation (translator present) over great food and wine. Some things don't need translation."
