Our staff person meets you after you’ve gathered your luggage and passed through customs. She greets you and hands you a package containing directions to orientation, your transportation passes and your keys. She then takes you to a meeting place where you connect with the driver we’ve hired to take you to your apartment. The following day, around 3:00 p.m., you’ll attend an orientation where you’ll meet a representative from your apartment rental agency who will be able to answer any questions you may have about your rental. The second half of orientation is conducted by our staff person and is designed to give you more detailed information on how to use your transportation passes and possible day-trip ideas. It’s also an opportunity to ask any other questions about your stay.

If you’re unable to arrive by 4:00 p.m., or are coming from other parts of Europe, you may have to find your own way to your apartment. In this case, we provide you with detailed instructions before you leave home.

Following the orientation session, you are invited to stay for an Untours-sponsored dinner held at the same delightful Parisian restaurant where the orientation is held where guests can chat about their experiences over a three-course meal.
