Start with a very informative visit to the winery to explain the wine-making and fields to explain vine cultivation, then a guided tasting of 3 wines from the Umbertide area paired with crostini, salami and cheese and the organic beef from the company’s own farm. This is a pre-arranged group activity about 1 hour drive from Trevi.
