A circular 2.5 to 3 hour walk led by an enthusiast who has been walking the area since 1999. It starts and ends in the pretty lakeside town of Tuoro and follows a route above the northern shore of Lake Trasimeno with plenty of lovely views along the way. The tower, which has been leaning at an impressive angle since 1753 (greater than the tower at Pisa), is the focus of the walk, together with a ruined chapel and some stone walls. The route then descends towards the Lake and returns towards Tuoro along level ground. You must be fit and properly equipped for this hike, but it is reasonably easy.
