The living room, dining room and kitchen are combined in this space, with a comfortable sofa on one wall and a well-outfitted kitchen on the other. A dining table separates the two. A door leads from this living space out onto a lovely private terrace. Here you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, overlooking the rooftops of Montalcino and the surrounding countryside.
The bedrooms are in the front of the apartment, with double-paned windows fronting the piazza. (The apartment also has AC to keep things quiet in summer.) One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is small, with a single bed.
This apartment does not have adjacent parking. Guests use a reserved spot in a garage about a 5-minute walk away. Guests will also have special permission to drive into the piazza on arrival and departure days to load and unload luggage. Restaurants, shops, cafés and a supermarket are all within easy walking distance.
