Important details you should know
Friends must be first-time Untourists who book an Untour with an arrival date after January 1, 2010. Referrers may apply multiple credits to a future trip (e.g. 4 referred friends=$400 reduction off future travel). Friend (referee) credits may be applied to first-time travel only and may not be used towards deposits. To ensure that proper credits and savings are applied, friend must provide your name and client number when they reserve their first Untour and can do so by sending in their coupon. Referrers must have traveled with Untours in the past or have a future Untour booked at the time the referral is submitted. Send a friend credits are not available for referring clients until new Untourists return from their first trip. Send a Friend credits are non-transferable, and are valid for two years from date of issue. No extensions due to cancellations. Send a Friend credits are not combinable with any other reductions. Untours reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the Send a Friend program without notice.
*Regions and properties available for Hal's Club are subject to change from year to year (current availability in Switzerland, Tuscany, Greece, Holland). We will do our best to accommodate your request. Apartment credit applies only to the accommodation portion of the Untour. Flights, transportation, hotel stays, apartment supplements, and other upgrades are not included. Apartment must be reserved in conjunction with an Untour, i.e. it cannot be redeemed as a stand alone product. No other discounts or credits may be applied with the Hal's Club apartment. Hal's Club apartments may be reserved no sooner than four months prior to the date you wish to travel. Hal's Club apartments must be redeemed two years from the date of issue.
