My mother was the first employee at Untours, and my first job here was hand-addressing envelopes and licking stamps after school. I've officially been at Untours for 18 years now, and travelling to Switzerland for over 30 years. Switzerland is my home away from home. I have several fond memories with family reunions, honeymoon, favorite hikes, overnight huts, friends I now call family, and, of course, meeting Untourist and our outstanding on-site staff. It's a place I will never get tired of visiting. Nor will I ever tire of the Netherlands or the contrasts between the regimented Swiss lifestyle and the free-spirited Dutch.

Media, PA is my hometown. Actually, it's known as "everyone's hometown," and thanks in large part to Untours' founder Hal Taussig, it's the first Fair Trade Town in the Americas! Media is also the hometown of Untours; we're kindred spirits. I work with great people who, like me, do their best and strive to turn each trip into a lifetime of unforgettable memories. What job could be better than helping to plan and unite people of different cultures? We have always had a great gang of people working here, all with different interests. The company truly cares about people and the planet, offers rewarding jobs, and works toward environmentally sustainable practices in the U.S. and abroad.

I have my heart set on Greece as my next Untour. The quaint and inviting seaside town of Nafplio is calling. When the time comes, I'd also like to spend some time to explore the Greek islands. My husband Cary and I are both divers, and whenever I get a chance I'm deep down in a clear blue ocean looking for my sea friends.
