What is Enhanced Clean?

While all UnTours apartments are cleaned to the highest standards, some of our partners have opted into additional guidelines that focus on disinfection and sanitation. These protocols are based on recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).* Here are some of the key features.

• Rooms are ventilated thoroughly before cleaning.
• All high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with disinfectant.
• Soft, porous surfaces like sofas and rugs are cleaned before each arrival with appropriate cleaners.
• Linens are washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.

In addition to these guidelines, some suppliers also take additional measures that are recommended or required by local health officials.
