Untourists coming from Prague or Budapest will travel by train while others traveling on a Sampler package (usually with Paris) will arrive at the airport. Claudia, our Vienna staff person or a private driver, will meet you at the train station or airport and arrange for a transfer to your apartment. Departure transfers to the train station or airport will also be arranged by our Vienna staff. More information will be provided at the orientation.

Upon arrival you’ll receive a "welcome package" with helpful information to make your stay more enjoyable, information about the upcoming orientation and your Metro passes.

The orientation is held the day after your arrival. Time and location are included in your welcome package. Claudia, our Vienna staff person, will inform you about things you shouldn’t miss during your stay and how to use the Metro pass. It’s also a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Refreshments will be served.

During your stay, Untours sponsors an event – a guided trip to the countryside or a dinner with our staff person – with your fellow Untourists in attendance.
