This well-appointed central apartment is on one of Porto’s main shopping streets, within easy walking distance of Porto’s main sights and transportation hubs.
This bright and inviting apartment has two bedrooms, each with combinable twin beds. There is a modern shared bathroom with shower. The comfortable living room has a view overlooking the busy street. The full kitchen is modern and has a microwave, dishwasher, and even a pod coffee maker. The windows are double glazed to reduce noise from outside the apartment. If needed, the living room couch can be made up as two single beds.
The main train station is just five minutes walk up the street. Frequent buses stop even closer. Porto is a hilly city and the apartment is located about halfway up the hill between the river and the top of the city. The lovely pedestrian shopping street, Rua das Flores, is only two blocks away. Restaurants and coffee shops are plentiful in the area. There are grocery stores within a few blocks.
There are four Reserve apartments. They are on different floors, but otherwise virtually identical. We cannot confirm a specific apartment.

Porto, Portugal - Porto, Home of Reserve B
Central Porto stretches from the lovely Douro River waterfront up to the the Baroque Clerigos Tower that dominates the city’s skyline. It is not a flat city, so prepare for some ups and downs.
Porto is mostly compact with its main tourist attractions. Most can be reached within a 30 minute walk of the center. An exception to this is the port wine cellars of Gaia which lie across the river, easily accessible by bus.
Shops and restaurants are plentiful in Central Porto. There are several grocery stores in the center. Our favorite areas for strolling are the Rua das Flores, a lively pedestrian street below the main rail station and the Douro waterfront with its pubs, restaurants, and stunning views.
The Sao Bento railway station, in addition to being one of the most beautiful stations you’ll ever see, has service to points throughout Portugal. There are many easy day trips that can be taken by rail from Porto, including Guimarães, Braga, Coimbra, Regua (on the Douro), and Coimbra.

"The apartment was excellent. Its location midway between the waterfront and the old town put both places within easy walking distance. The apartment was very attractive, well furnished and very comfortable. All appliances and plumbing are top quality and the bed was very comfortable. Being on a main street put bus stops, restaurants, small groceries, ATM's, shops, etc. very close and gave us a great view.. Our apartment went all the way through the block, so we had great ventilation. We felt the apartment needed more lighting in the living room. There was really only a single place for reading."
