The Firth View is located in the tranquil seaside village of Ardesier, less than 30 minutes from Inverness. Facing the Bay of Moray or Moray Firth, the apartment has nice sea views. The view constantly changes with the weather and the tide. Dolphins frequent the bay and are sometimes visible from shore. The main highway is just a few minutes away, providing excellent access to Northern Scotland’s best sights.
The 2-bedroom apartment consists of an open plan living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave. It has a comfortable sitting area, a small balcony, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi and a TV. For an alternative to electronic entertainment, the apartment faces west for the occasional beautiful sunset.
The quaint village of Ardesier has a grocery store, a pharmacy, and two good pubs. Fort George, a significant historic site, is less than 2 miles away and can be reached via a shoreline walking path.

Ardersier is a small village on the Moray Firth with a rich history. The nearby Fort George was built in the 18th century following the bloody Jacobite wars. Ardersier was created as another fishing village called Blacktown was relocated to the present site of Ardersier. It was the closest town to the fort, so the local pubs thrived with the military business. Things are quieter today, but the waterfront town’s shoreline is known for its pleasant views and the occasional dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a grocery store, a pharmacy, and two good pubs. A shoreline trail connects the village with Fort George. Inverness is less than 30 minutes away and the resort of Nairn with its world-class golf courses and pleasant beaches is less than a 15 minute drive. The Inverness Airport is about five minutes drive from Ardersier.
There are regular buses to and from Inverness that take about 40 minute each way. Buses to Nairn take less than 30 minutes.
