Casa Flora, a stunning bi-level home with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors can sleep parties of up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is loaded with amenities and connects to the spacious and comfortable living room with a smart TV. The sliding glass doors lead to an open terrace, complete with a shaded seating area and BBQ that overlooks lush gardens and a pool with a unique waterfall sculpture.

Casa Flora boasts two master bedrooms with king-size beds and large closets. The downstairs master bedroom has a handicapped-accessible shower. One upstairs bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a beautiful floral custom mural. The fourth bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids, with a queen bed, a twin sofa sleeper, and a playful mural inspired by Costa Rica’s flora and fauna. There are games, drawing materials, books, and a smart TV for the kids.

Some extras worth mentioning include blackout curtains in each bedroom, A/C and fans throughout the house, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and indoor parking for 2 vehicles.

Casa Flora is just a 5-minute walk from the calm waters of Potrero Bay or a 5-minute walk from the main strip of Playa Potrero with restaurants, a grocery store, a craft brewery, a pharmacy, shops, a gym and yoga studio and a sailing center. Several famous beaches such as Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Conchal, Pan de Azúcar, Danta, and Dantita are just a few minutes’ drive. The newly finished Flamingo Marina is less than a 5-minute drive. Reserva Conchal (with a world-class golf course), and Las Catalinas (a European-inspired beachside town with dozens of miles of groomed mountain biking and hiking/ running trails, restaurants, and an outdoor gym), are only 10 to 15 minutes away.
