What a cool idea! First of all, there’s no “If” involved about whether you are one of our best friends. My gift (if I was able): I’d ask Bob Dylan to drop by your party and lead you all in singing “Forever Young” to yourselves, as a birthday song, before blowing out the candles and eating the cake. (I’ve attached the lyrics so you can practice.)

I am not fond of material gifts, so would take “her” out to Chanticleer Gardens in Wayne, PA, and bring a picnic and a bottle of Processo.
