These well-equipped, modern studio apartments are in Vienna’s 1st district, the most central and historic part of the city. St. Stephan’s Cathedral is just a 15 minute walk. The Schwedenplatz U-Bahn station is less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful in this part of town.
The studio apartments, all nearly identical in layout, have queen-size beds that can be folded up into the wall during the day if desired. Each apartment has a small kitchenettes with two-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and A/C. Most bathrooms have showers, but apartments with bathtubs and shower attachments can be requested.
The apartments are on various floors, all of which are served by an elevator.
Apartments have TV with cable and WiFi. Guests have access to a small fitness room and sauna. A daily buffet breakfast is included in the price. A self-service laundromat is available. Current rates including detergent are EUR 7.50 per load (wash and dry). The apartment building has a 24/7 reception desk for any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.
The studio apartments range in size from about 270 to 370 sq ft.

As you walk the streets of your neighborhood you will find that the Viennese keep their houses and streets in immaculate condition, making architecture observation a delight in itself. You will find pedestrian zones with countless outdoor cafés, specialty shops and wonderful bakeries, well-known coffee houses and charming restaurants. You will have everything your heart desires at your finger tips: great museums, theatres, concert halls, the Metro, tram, banks with ATMs, post office and grocery stores.
Vienna is one of the most elegant cities in the world. Such style, such class from its Old World coffee houses, to fine shopping districts, or Schönbrunn Palace, a favorite residence of the Hapsburgs. You will experience St. Stephan’s Cathedral, the symbol of Vienna and the modern and interesting architecture of the Hundertwasser House, a museum as well as a wonderful café-restaurant you won’t soon forget. For something unique, get a feel for the city by taking a carriage ride, or visit Prater amusement park and take a turn on the giant Ferris wheel. Interesting day trips outside Vienna include excursions to the towns of Wachau, Melk, Krems and Baden. Eisenstadt, Neusiedlersee, Graz and even Salzburg are longer day-trip possibilities.

The Adagio Aparthotel is an excellent choice for UnTours. Our room was well designed and equipped. The location at Urania is close to the trams, the breakfasts are good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Overall, we liked it very much. Great location! The staff and manager could not have been more accommodating. Nice breakfast every morning, comfortable bed (though a little high for short person to climb in and out). Anything we needed, they supplied... and when we commented that it would be nice to have brewed decaf, a decaf machine magically showed up in the dining area!

We stayed in the Andante apart hotel on the 7th floor - no view (we were at the end of the corridor, but that was ok). Overall, we liked it very much. Great location! The staff and manager could not have been more accommodating. Nice breakfast every morning, comfortable bed (rated it a 9 instead of a 10 as the platform bed had sharp edges at the end of the rectangle, and it was a little high for short Carol to climb in and out). Anything we needed, they supplied, toilet paper, tissues, even a fan so the room would stay cool, extra towels, trash bags, and when we commented that it would be nice to have brewed decaf, a decaf machine magically showed up in the dining area! The staff helped us with directions when there was construction on the line out to the summer palace and any time we had a question. The day we arrived we were even offered a coffee, very nice. No complaints, a great facility!

Location was excellent, staff cooperation was excellent. Temperature control was not possible. TV remote did not work the whole time, had to push side buttons all the time; painful for Channel 35.
