There's a lot to like about this spacious corner apartment on the 9th floor with a panoramic view over the Thames and the London Eye. It offers nearby access to transportation (Vauxhall tube station – Victoria line) and river transport. London’s West End is within walking distance (about 45 minutes). Big Ben and Westminster Abbey are only about a 30 minute walk. The magnificent art collection at the Tate Britain (free entry) is only about 20 minutes by foot.
The St. George Wharf complex, in which the apartment is located, is right on the river with several on-site bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious, modern living area has large windows that look out across the city. French windows open out onto a balcony that offers views of the Thames, with seating for two with a table and chairs. There are two large comfortable leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. The eclectic mix of furniture and interesting artwork makes for a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of character. There is a work area with a desk and chair, dining area with a dining table, and four chairs and a bar area with several stools.
The kitchen is modern in style, with a marble floor and stainless steel and chrome appliances. The master bedroom is roomy, with mirrored wardrobes, flat-screen TV, two bedside tables with lamps, and its own en-suite bathroom with marble floor, tiled walls, and shower. The second bedroom is slightly smaller but still very comfortable for two people with a double bed and plenty of storage in the wardrobes.There is a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Across the bridge in the Pimlico neighborhood is a good selection of restaurants and bars. There are also a few pubs close to the apartment complex on the Vauxhall side.

Vauxhall, UK - London, Home of Thames View
Vauxhall is a mixed commercial and residential district of southwest London and offers. It’s in the busy, urban heart of the city, with a location that is hard to beat - near the Thames, opposite the Tate Britain and in walking distance to Waterloo.
From the area you have an easy commute to just about anywhere, and the riverside location provides a great space to clear your head with views of the waterfront. Fans of James Bond movies will recognize one of the massive buildings here: Britain's secret intelligence services.
Vauxhall is bordered on the north by Lambeth, on the east by Kennington, on the south by Stockwell, and on the west by the Thames.
