We did a lot of traveling throughout Andalusia during our stay, experiencing many historic sites, as well as small sleepy towns and lively cities. Staying outside of a small town gave us a glimpse of life that is very different from ours in the "big city." The culture seemed more relaxed, with an emphasis on families living, working and spending time together. Everywhere we went, we felt very welcome, and the people we met were helpful and tolerant of our attempts to speak Spanish. We enjoyed delicious food and wine (which were also a great value) and the unhurried atmosphere at the restaurants we visited. I'd love to go back someday!

Maria is a wonderful hostess, very warm and charming. We loved the view of olive trees in our valley, the City of Sevilla and small towns around Fuente Tojar. People were very friendly and helpful where ever we went. This is a very special place in the world that we would like to visit again.

This is a region I might not have visited until I saw the UnTours offer. Had a wonderful time learning about the history and culture of this region of Spain. The apartment let us really get a feel for the way of life here.

Being met at the airport is a huge plus. The orientation and support from the host is fabulous. Makes our travel more focused, easier, and more enjoyable.

A week wasn't enough to explore this area - I could have stayed longer!

I absolutely was blown away by the friendliness of all the shopkeepers, restaurant owners and staff, the help at the tour center. I personally loved the people I met in Priego. They are the most welcoming people. Love services at the church in our neighborhood.

On-site service was outstanding. Especially appreciated were driving/parking information for 3 main cities visited. Suggestion of Luiz as guide for Seville was very helpful; he was an exceptional guide.

Opportunity to participate in Semana Santa in Priego de Cordoba and the Pascua Moraos in Carcabuey was a lot of fun, though it is hard to put that up in competition with all the Spanish Golden Age cultural stuff. It was just a great trip all the way around.

This was the second time I stayed there. I could live there! It was fantastic and absolutely perfect for what I wanted and I will most likely go there again.

The location was wonderful; the landscape, the UnTouristy site, no billboards, the serenity, the apparent newfound prosperity of the area--we were greatly impressed with Priego de Cordoba and Andalusia in general.

We had no idea of the majesty of the mountatins in this area and the vast forests of olive trees--enough olives to feed the world!

Everything exceeded our expectations.

What an idyllic trip! Close to the big sights (for day trips) and nestled peacefully among the olive groves. It made me think of moving there. The people couldn’t have been nicer – friendly, helpful and smiling. Great memories.
