Booking related emails:

If you have booked an UnTour, you may receive information regarding your trip, costs, apartments, itinerary, etc. via email. You can choose to receive this information via regular mail; please call 1-888-868-6871.

Other emails:

• If you have given us your email address by booking an UnTour, ordering a catalog, signing up for a newsletter, or taking another email-related action on the site, we will occasionally (5-8 times per year) send you news and information about UnTours. You may opt out at any time using the links provided in the email, or you may write travel@untours.com and request removal.
• If you sign up for our Eurozine newsletter on travel, you'll receive it via email approximately once per month. You may opt out at any time using the links provided in the email, or you may write to travel@untours.com to request removal.
• If you sign up for our Deals Alert newsletter, which lists our latest specials and last-minute savings on UnTours, you'll receive this email about 1-4 times a month. You may opt out at any time using the links provided in the email, or you may write to travel@untours.com to request removal.
• If you sign up for our Cruise Deals alerts, you will receive e-mail updates with the latest cruise discounts and special offers about 1-4 times a month. You may opt out at any time using the links provided in the email, or you may write travel@untours.com to request removal.

UnTours will not share your mailing address with any other party.

If you have provided us with your mailing address, you will generally receive our catalog twice per year, and may occasionally receive other offers via regular mail. You may opt out of this service at any time by calling 1-888-868-6871 or writing to travel@untours.com.
