Stay in Rome
The Nico 3 is the perfect solution for 2 couples who want to travel together but have enough space to offer privacy as well. This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental even has two entrances at opposite ends of the apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet street not far from the Via Veneto and the Borghese gardens. With its good access to public transportation, the Nico puts all of Rome’s sights within easy reach.
Its living and dining area is bright and newly furnished, and offers a fireplace, Wifi, and satellite TV for comfort and convenience. Doors lead from there onto the spacious terrace furnished with two sun awnings and table and chairs for outdoor dining. In addition to the living/dining area another spot to kick back is in the separate reading room with a queen size sofabed and bookcase.
The kitchen is galley-style and fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are spacious and newly redecorated and furnished. One also has doors onto the terrace. The larger of the two full baths has a tub with hand-held shower attachment and the other has a shower stall.

Rome Centro, Italy - Rome, Home of Nico 3
The part of the city we call Rome Centro encompasses the historic center of the city and the area immediately around it, within the ancient city walls, on the east side of the Tiber. It is a large area that encompasses most of Rome’s most famous sites: the Spanish Steps and Borghese Gardens to the north, the Termini train station to the east and the Coloseum and Forum to the south. This area includes favorite sites like the Trevi Fountain, the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori. The Rome Centro area is big and distances to some major sites are easy to underestimate, but the area is served by an intricate web of bus and subway routes. Excellent transportation makes it easy move around in this area.
Landlord
The Nico 3 apartment is owned by retired airline pilot who lives in the countryside near Rome. His son manages the apartment for him. Our Rome UnTour staff person is also available by cell phone if guests have problems or concerns.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, bright and cheerful. The manager was helpful and this site was wonderful. The best pizza restaurant in Rome was right next to our front door. One of the best gelato places was around the corner. There were good restaurants in the neighborhood and the public transportation was close by.
