The entire apartment is laid out on the spacious ground floor with a living area with two sofa beds, a large HDTV, dining for up to 8 and eclectically decorated throughout. There's even some gym equipment and an arcade game! The large galley-style kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one with a king size bed, one with a queen and one with two twins as well as two sofa beds in the living room. A washing machine and dryer is also available. An atypical feature of this apartment is its double bathroom and two separate toilets (WC).

There is also a loft with office space covered by a glass ceiling, making the apartment very bright and airy. That, along with its great location near the Canal Saint-Martin and the Place de la Republique, a great transportation hub, makes the Saint-Martin Loft apartment a wonderful home from which to enjoy all that Paris has to offer.

TWO OPTIONS: If trying to answer simply what the 10th Arrondissement has to offer, you could say it's just two gares and a canal but that would be oversimplifying it. True, the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est are the two largest train station in Paris and most folks don't tend to visit train stations but the 10th has much more to offer even without many major tourist sites, starting with the above-mentioned Canal Saint Martin, the waterway which cuts through the arrondissement and is well visited by walkers, readers, talkers and even the occasional fishermen. OR République and Canal Saint-Martin are two of Paris's most lively neighborhoods. Enjoy the picturesque canal, adorned with charming bridges and trendy bars, or explore the bustling Place de la République with its diverse dining options and cultural attractions. This area offers a dynamic and authentic Parisian experience for visitors.
