This unique, charming property is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park and equidistant (10 minutes) from Lancaster Gate, Queensway, and Bayswater (Central, District, and Circle lines) underground stations. Perfectly situated, with good local restaurants, bars and shopping, you literally have everything you need on your doorstep.
There are two interesting aspects to the Leinster apartment. The first is that it has its own entry from the street, eight steps up from the sidewalk to a lovely front-door that gives the appearance of entering a grand town house. The other is the unusual layout of the large living area. This is not your usual living space. Here you’ll find cozy nooks and attractive alcoves which house bookshelves stacked with books and a cupboard which cleverly hides a TV. There’s also a nice selection of classic art dotted around and a pair of comfortable loveseats where you can feel right at home. Wireless internet is also provided.
There is a nice little dining space between the living area and the kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. The traditional-style kitchen has tiled walls and cream cabinets. This is a good-sized space which provides everything you need for your stay including an oven, 4-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. You’ll find the washing/dryer hidden away discreetly in the hallway cupboard.
The master bedroom has a floral theme. There’s a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom shares the same classic style with floral-themed art and furnishings. It has a mirrored fitted wardrobe and a double bed. The modern bathroom is decorated in white and has a tub with shower.
You will find a whole host of local restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to explore. The Leinster Arms pub is one of our favorites. A little further afield, 2 stops on the tube or a 5 minute bus ride, will take you to Marble Arch and Oxford Street – one of London’s principal shopping streets.

Bayswater, UK - London, Home of Leinster
Bayswater is an area of Central London just north of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It is a very practical and convenient neighborhood for seeing Central London. It has a number of convenient tube stations and is close to Paddington Station for journeys outside of London.
The neighborhood has a bustling, dynamic feel to it. Tourists rub shoulders with Londoners with diverse backgrounds. The Greek, Arab, and Brazilian communities are particularly well represented, resulting in a plethora of restaurant options. Nearby Kensington Gardens provides a welcome sanctuary of green in the midst of a busy city.
Sights within easy walking distance include Kensington Palace, the Princess Diana Memorial, the Serpentine Gallery, Notting Hill and its Portobello Road Market, and Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park.
