I own TravGanic, an eco-hotel booking platform, and share my globe-trotting experiences on my blog and YouTube channel, Alice’s Adventures. Armed with a master’s degree in Environmental Management, I dedicate my social media platforms to spreading the message of sustainability. I recently reflected on what being an UnFluencer means to me.

Slow travel, to me, is about diving deep into the heart of a place, beyond the tourist hotspots. It’s about treating each destination as if it’s my own home, even if my stay is brief. My approach to travel involves mindful choices—staying in sustainable accommodations, supporting local businesses, and opting for tours that hire locals and promote biodiversity. I seek out farm-to-table restaurants and locally owned eateries, ensuring my money supports the community. Thorough research is my ally, helping me respect and honor the places I visit.
