I’m Jennifer, a freelance multimedia travel and environmental journalist, contributing to broadcast, digital, and print outlets such as AAA, Conde Nast Traveler, Denver Post, The Hotel Guide, The Weather Channel, and multiple television stations in top 35 markets. As a television meteorologist with over 30 years of experience, I’m also a sought-after speaker and content creator. I co-authored 100 Things to Do in San Antonio Before You Die (3rd Edition).

My specialties include outdoor adventure, solo travel, national parks, road trips, luxury travel, sustainable tourism, and weather. My adventure portfolio features experiences like being part of the first-ever all-female trek on the Salkantay Trail to Machu Picchu, trekking to Everest Base Camp, crossing the Arctic Circle, standing on the Equator, skydiving with the Army Golden Knights, and flying with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds. I’ve traveled to all 50 U.S. states, 58 countries, and 230 U.S. National Park Service sites.
