Hi - I’m Mindi, half of the team behind 2foodtrippers, an award-winning blog that’s dedicated to food and travel. Based in Lisbon, my partner Daryl and I travel the world in search of our next great meal. We then create popular food guides, videos and articles for our site as well as for social media. When we’re not traveling, we create recipes for our favorite dishes and cocktails.

While we launched the 2foodtrippers site in 2012, things got real in 2016 when Daryl and I embarked on a one-year trip in 2016 that turned into a three-year nomadic journey. That’s when I discovered the joy of slow travel. It’s also when I had time to dive deeply into local food cultures and fully embrace my love for pizza. (Yes, pizza is my favorite food whether I’m in Naples, Italy, New York or my home city of Philadelphia.) I’m excited to be an UnTours Unfluencer which will enable me to share even more slow travel adventures and ‘foodie’ finds.
