Taylor Lindsay-Noel

I’m Taylor, a 31-year-old entrepreneur, content creator, and advocate from Toronto, Canada. My journey started as a Canadian national gymnast, but in 2008, an accident changed my life, leaving me paralyzed from the neck down. Since then, I’ve turned adversity into opportunity, using my voice to raise awareness about disability and accessibility.

Through my platform, Access By Tay, I connect with over 250,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram, sharing insights on accessible travel, lifestyle, and advocacy. I use my experiences to champion inclusivity and help others navigate the world with greater empathy and awareness.

I’m also the founder of Cup of Té Luxury Loose Leaf Teas, a brand that has been featured twice on Oprah’s Favorite Things list. My work as an entrepreneur and advocate has been recognized with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Black Business and Professional Association Harry Jerome Awards.
