There are very high ceilings with original beams, which add a touch of history to the surroundings, and conveniently placed windows in the roof allow in plenty of light. The decor is modern and functional with a careful eye on the style and quality of materials.

This apartment is located in the Sestiere of Santa Croce, the ancient heart of the city, from where you can easily get both to the train station and to Piazzale Roma, the two main Venice 's terminals. Rialto and Accademia can be easily reached in less than ten minutes. Very close to the water bus stop of Riva de Biasio, this area is full of good restaurants and shops.
