Catedral B

The Catedral B is a comfortable apartment ideal for couples or small families, accommodating up to 4 people. Located in the historic area of Porto, this 538 square feet apartment features 1 bedroom with a bed that can be configured as two separate twins or a queen bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer for your comfort. If traveling with children or infants, cribs can be requested.

The apartment also includes a spacious kitchen and living room, both with access to a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking tools, coffee maker, and kettle.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, watch TV with satellite programming, and enjoy air conditioning during your stay. Elevator access makes for a smooth arrival and departure.

In the historic center of Porto, this accommodation is conveniently located near the iconic S. Bento train station and the Cathedral of Porto (within 5 minutes' walk), as well as several shops. Gastronomy enthusiasts will also appreciate being just a short walk from the Cantina 32 and other traditional restaurants.

Central Porto (Ribeira) stretches from the lovely Douro River waterfront up to the the Sao Bento rail station. It is not a flat city, so prepare for some ups and downs.

Porto is mostly compact with its main tourist attractions. Most can be reached within a 30 minute walk of the center. An exception to this is the port wine cellars of Gaia which lie across the river, easily accessible by bus.

Shops and restaurants are plentiful in Central Porto. There are several grocery stores in the center. Our favorite areas for strolling are the Rua das Flores, a lively pedestrian street below the main rail station and the Douro waterfront with its pubs, restaurants, and stunning views.

The Sao Bento railway station, in addition to being one of the most beautiful stations you’ll ever see, has service to points throughout Portugal. There are many easy day trips that can be taken by rail from Porto, including Guimarães, Braga, Coimbra, Regua (on the Douro), and Coimbra.
