The Courtfield apartment is located in the heart of South Kensington. This comfortable and well-appointed second-floor apartment is set within a classic grand London townhouse. The apartment overlooks the beautifully maintained private Wetherby Gardens, with exclusive resident access available via an entrance just outside your front door—an exceptional feature in central London.

Gloucester Road Underground Station, served by the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines (including a direct connection to Heathrow Airport), is only a five-minute walk away. The apartment is also just minutes from Old Brompton Road, where you'll find an excellent selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, and local amenities.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two double bedrooms. If preferred, the second bedroom can be used as a single room, with an additional guest sleeping on a futon-style mattress located on the mezzanine loft. There are two full bathrooms, providing added comfort and convenience for families or small groups.

Recently renovated throughout, the apartment features a stylish, contemporary design. The spacious open-plan living area that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one inviting space. Four large bay windows overlook the beautifully landscaped Wetherby Gardens, filling the room with natural light.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa, an armchair with an ottoman, and two modern wicker chairs arranged around a coffee table in front of an elegant decorative fireplace (not operational). A large wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen features a modern design with concealed cabinetry, along with a washer/dryer and dishwasher for added convenience.

The primary bedroom includes a double bed and a full wall of built-in closets for ample storage. Its en-suite bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a small double bed. Please note that this room does not have closet space. A second full bathroom, located nearby, includes a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

A staircase leads to a mezzanine loft overlooking the main living area. Furnished with a futon-style mattress, it can accommodate an additional guest if needed. The loft also provides space for storing luggage and includes shelving for unpacking and organizing your belongings.

South Kensington is one of London's most elegant and sought-after neighborhoods, renowned for its beautiful Victorian architecture, tree-lined streets, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is home to some of the city's most celebrated cultural landmarks, including the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum, all within easy walking distance.
