The second floor apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, AC in the bedroom, and 1 patio off of the living room and a rooftop balcony. The apartment complex has a lovely pool with a small kids swimming area. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, blender, gas range, coffee maker, etc. This apartment has a washing machine.
