This bright and airy ground-floor house has been completely remodeled and designed with a fresh beach vibe. The Mango House is located within a gated community just minutes away from Potrero Beach. It features 18-foot ceilings, AC throughout and comfortably sleeps four guests in two bedrooms: a king-size bed in each bedroom. The bathroom has double sinks.
The open floor plan living area includes a lounge area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The outdoor porch comes with a large sectional couch, a table for four and two ceiling fans.
The house enjoys the conveniences of a gated community with security, parking, landscaped grounds, and a large community pool and jacuzzi. As it is located near the pool, you can watch the kids and grandkids in the pool from your own porch.
Mango House is located within a 10-minute walk to two fabulous beaches, Playa Potrero & Playa La Penca. The former is renowned for its calm, family-friendly waves, and exquisite sunsets. Other close-by beaches include Playa Prieta, Playa Flamingo, and Playa Pan de Azúcar, all an easy drive. Stores and restaurants are all within a 3-10 minute drive.
